Refund Policy for MINDGUM™ PTY LTD

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
